Full Moon Ceremony
You will just LOVE our monthly Full Moon Ceremonies!
We gather together on Zoom for an evening of healing. The evening includes some powerful meditations. One is to release those things that are no longer serving you & replace that with feelings of peace & tranquility. Who doesn’t want that!!! As well each month besides doing a release meditation, we also have a focus to help bring better things into our life, such as: ABUNDANCE, FORGIVENESS, MANIFESTATION, etc. and as well everyone receives a single card reading from Marilyn to help give direction for the next month.

Lakehouse Wellness Retreat
Women’s Wellness Retreat, Next retreat June 12th, 13th & 14th , 2026 Held in Beautiful Fort Qu’Appelle, Sask

Well, this last year’s retreat was another huge success & it was an incredible time.
We had an amazing group of women, I love them all.
It was so magical and healing for all those attending, being in this beautiful space, with women supporting women!
Thank you to all the participants of the 2025 Wellness Retreat. Everyone really enjoyed themselves, wonderful bonds of friendship were created and we left feeling calm, happy & rejuvenated.
This years retreat is booked for 7pm June 12th, until 11am June 14th, 2026. Cost to attend this amazing weekend is only $653, (accommodations, food & all healing modalities included).
We are ready to take registrations, with a maximum of 15 people. To hold your space a $200 deposit is required at the time of registering, which is non refundable.

Men’s Healing Circle

I was approached to hold a healing circle specifically for men in 2024 & it was so well received. Since that time, and with June being Mental health month for MEN, we have had a wonderful group of men attend this annual healing event.
Soul Essentials is offering another healing event for men to help them heal & release things that no longer serve them. Our focus this year is FORGIVENESS, which is very powerful and needed by many.

Soul Essentials 1st Annual Manzanillo Retreat
2026 Event: Feb 23rd 10am to 4 pm
